My favorite diet is pretty strict. Therefore, it is necessary to pay much attention to the right way out of it. Otherwise, with a sharp return to a normal diet, the pounds will return very quickly. To avoid this, you should consider simple rules:

  • During the first month, you should eat only low-calorie foods to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm that the body adapts to during the last diet;
  • avoid or minimize sweet pastries, any smoked meat, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:Your favorite diet can be re-introduced no later than three months.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is quite easily tolerated, then you can apply the 12-day option. The nutrition program consists of one-day mono-diet alternating with drinking days. So, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, drink as much yogurt or kefir as you like. Make sure you drink plain water. Thursday is Fruit Day, Friday is Protein Day (we eat chicken breast to satiety), and Saturday is Drink Day again.
